Guide to Writing Articles for University Journals

 

ARTICLES

Articles should be typed on A4-sized paper with at least 25 mm margins and double-spaced. Each article should not exceed 25 pages. The article must be submitted in two copies, i.e. printed and electronic. The author should state his/her name on the cover of the article. The article must be accompanied by an official letter which states that the material submitted has not been previously published or under consideration for other publications.

 

ABSTRACT

The abstract should be clear, complete and concise. It should not exceed 200 words.

 

REFERENCE SYSTEM

References should be prepared according to the American Psychological Association (APA) style. A list of references should be appended at the end of the text. Examples of references written according to the APA style are as follows:

 

Material written by one author

Material written by more than one author

Levinson, D., & Langer, T. (2004). Arts of environment. New York: King Crown Press.

 

Supplementary information edition

Supplementary information – edition and volume

ABBREVIATIONS

The full name of an agency should be stated in full the first time it is mentioned. An abbreviation or acronym may be used at subsequent mentions.

 

CONTRIBUTOR/AUTHOR

A contributor should provide his/her full name, fax number and full address. Each contributor shall receive one complimentary copy of the journal and 10 off-prints.
