Papers Recent demands in the work environment, changes in lifestyles, challenges in socio--economic and political agenda, issues in cultural integration, changes in educational systems, corporate restructuring, and business and management reengineering, to name a few, are exerting socio-cultural pressures on the roles of managerial roles in handling these types of scenario.

How can current business and management theories, philosophies, and principles offer comprehensive explanations and strategies on how to deal with the ever changing management, work, and career environments? What mechanisms can be put into action by practitioners, academicians, and researchers, and scholars as a response to the seemingly complicated and challenging ambits of current management trends? How can business and management experts and leaders play significant and multi-faceted roles in decision-making, policymaking and information dissemination within and between business organizations? South East Asia Management Review (SEAMR) provides a broad platform for the discussion the interconnected issues of business and management research-practice link as understood in Malaysian business setting.

We invite papers from everyone to discuss crucial concerns (and their potential solutions) in relation with beyond business and management issues and interconnected elements of practical implications in business setting from various perspectives that influence our ways of thinking in the context of Malaysia and beyond management setting. SEAMR is a professional magazine and published biannually (June and December). We seeks to the implications of business and management practice of all aspects of business and management. Practical issues and new applications are preferred. Issues such as organizational behavior, human resource management, corporate governance, management strategy, international management, or entrepreneurship are encouraged.
