Submission Guidelines
Journal Submission Guidelines
- The paper must be original and has not been previously accepted in a journal or in under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- All papers must conform to the standard single-column format set in Microsoft Word Template.
- The paper must be written in English with a maximum of 5000 words, including an abstract, references, tables, figures and appendices.
- Papers must be sent through the Conference Bay Submission System.
- Papers for the presentation at the conference will be selected through double blind review process. Please ensure that the authors' names do not appear in the first submission.
- At least one author for each accepted paper must register and pay the fees for the conference by 20th September 2023 in order for the paper to be included in the book program and the conference proceedings.
By submitting a paper to be presented at the SICONSEM 2023, you explicitly agree that you definitely have a fund and shall register for the conference.

Below are the steps along with their respective examples:
Step 1: A text will always begin with a very conspicuous title along with the name/s of the author/s. (Title: upper and lower cases, bold, Times New Roman, 14 point. Author’s name: Times New Roman, italic, 12 point)
Step 2: FIRST SUBTITLE – 12 points, upper case, bold
Step 3: Second Subtitle – 12 points, upper and lower cases, bold
Step 4: Third Subtitle – 12 points, upper and lower cases, bold, italics
Step 5: References – References must be written according to the American Psychological Association (APA) style 7 Edition. A list of references should be appended at the end of the text.

However, all decisions are subjected to the compliances from the review and evaluation report, the journals’ editorial board decisions, the editorial comments and conference feedbacks. Before submission, papers need to be formatted as per the journal requirements. Papers will undergo the journal’s peer review process, and the journal’s editors will select invitees for publication.
PAPER SUBMISSION
We use Conference Bay Submission System for paper submission and reviewing process. Authors are required to submit and upload the paper online.
